Miramointe Point

This 8-story building is made up of 156 upscale apartments and includes a wellness center with pool, gated gardens, fitness rooms, large multipurpose party/billiards room, a salon and three separate dining facilities. The upper two floors are concierge floors with expanded services. Due to a steep slope the building entrance is located on the third floor common area with an entry bridge over protected wetlands. LRS applied their unique knowledge of State of Oregon resident limitation requirements to incorporate a continuum of care (separate Independent Living, Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s facilities) in a single building tower.
