Touchmark Meadow Lake Village, Grand Lodge and Master Plan

LRS provided Master Planning services for this 13-acre CCRC Campus, part of Touchmark’s 120-acre Meadow Lake Village Senior Community. There are four life lease apartments and an assisted living facility connected to a central community lodge. The one to three-story buildings allow for larger yards between buildings with connecting walks and activity areas between. Sub surface parking also allows for more open space in the resort like campus. LRS provided schematic design for this resort-style 31,500 SF Community Center building as part of the Meadow Lake Village CCRC campus Master Plan. The heavy timber construction with exposed wood and stone reflect the rustic beauty of the environment. Upscale amenities include a restaurant, library, health club, salon, spa, chapel, multi-purpose room and a commercial kitchen. This project was designed with Myhre Group Architects.
