LRS designed this eight-story condominium project in the RiverNorth District to maximize the Willamette River views and blend with adjacent, existing townhomes. The Pacifica is situated 100 feet from the river and features design elements such as floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious cantilevered decks offering unobstructed panoramic views. The 98,000 SF building has 72 condominium units, one level of below-grade parking and a small convenience retail space on the ground level.
