Broadway Vantage Multi-Family Housing

This affordable housing project for Innovative Housing, Inc. of Portland reuses an abandoned on-ramp at the intersection of NE 82nd and NE Broadway. The challenging site is triangular with severe slopes and is bound by streets on three sides. It has recently been awarded funding by the Portland Development Commission (PDC) with acknowledgement to the careful siting solution and architectural creativity shown by LRS Architects. The project consists of two buildings, one with 47 apartments and a Day Care Center, the other with 11 units over a parking garage. LRS is providing all planning, design and construction administration for the project, which is now in construction.
