Dania Retail Complex

This two-story retail facility for the Dania furniture company is located on a 5.7-acre site in Beaverton. The store features a total of 75,000 SF of retail space on two levels with showroom windows facing the entry and the highway.

LRS coordinated the Interior Architecture with the building’s exterior, which is sleek white concrete featuring rounded window openings and corners and detailed columns at the entries. Similar elements, including supporting columns with recessed planters flanking the main staircase, were continued throughout the interior. The overall effect is elegant and simple with a Scandinavian feel that complements the furniture featured on display.

This project serves as a model for future projects nationally, and is currently Dania’s largest facility in the country.
