LRS provided all the space planning, interior architecture and finishes for this 46,000 SF tenant improvement of Digimarc’s new corporate headquarters in PS Business Park. The open plan takes advantage of the wetland views in this natural setting. The northwest feel of the space was enhanced by the use of materials such as slate, wood, granite and a warm, neutral color palette.

A two-story entrance lobby welcomes visitors with expansive use of wood and slate walls, frosted glass guardrails on the stairway and a custom designed, curved cherry and glass reception desk.

Digimarc has created a sophisticated staff lounge with upscale kitchen appliances, plasma screen television, espresso bar and a seating arrangement that opens to a 2,400 SF outside deck. The 50-foot gallery, connecting the lobby to the employee lounge, frames space for awards and photographs with slate columns and coved lighting. This high-end tenant improvement was completed in just over four months from initial design to occupancy.
