The Lovejoy Mixed-Use Development

LRS designed this nine-story, 280,000 SF mixed-use building in Portland’s thriving Pearl District. The Lovejoy features a full-service Safeway as the ground level anchor tenant, three levels of flex commercial office space and four levels of above-ground parking. The Lovejoy also has a private green roof garden as an amenity for the office tenants. The building is primarily precast architectural concrete with a cultured limestone veneer and lighting designed to make the structure a “lantern” for the district. The project received a LEED Core and Shell Gold Rating from the USGBC.
