Assurety NW

Portland, Oregon
This mixed-use project forms the heart of Lents Town Center, as part of the Portland Development Commission’s (PDC) urban renewal efforts. Both two-story buildings are to be located close to Foster Road to increase pedestrian and storefront activity, with surface parking behind. The 21,900 SF western building was completed first and includes 9,700 SF of second-floor office space for Assurety Northwest, with neighborhood retail storefront space on the ground level.
Each building features a corner rotunda providing a dramatic two-story lobby for the second floor office space. The rotundas flank the entrance drive, forming a gateway to the Town Center, and providing a beacon to the community at night.
The building exteriors feature distinctive brick detailing, a regular cadence of window openings and individual suspended canopies at each retail entrance. The Assurety Northwest Building at Lents Town Center has received LEED Silver Certification
