Salem, Oregon

The 295 Church Condominium project is sited on a one-half acre lot at the corner of Church and Trade Streets in downtown Salem, and is the final parcel to be redeveloped in the Pringle Park Urban Renewal district. With the support of Salem’s City Council and in cooperation with Willamette University, the foundation was laid for this mixed-use project. Coming together to make this vision of urban living a reality, Cascadia Development, LLC has partnered with the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Salem in the development of this five-story building

LRS designed the building, with 27 residential condominium units for the top three floors with unit sizes ranging from 900 to 1600 square feet. Each unit provides residents with panoramic views of the surrounding city. A new City of Salem Information Technology (IT) facility will occupy the second floor, replacing their currently outdated location.

Along with 1,800 square feet of retail space, the ground floor will be anchored by new studios and offices for Salem’s public access television station, Capital Community Television (CCTV), facilitating a move from their current cramped location at the City Library.
