Kruse Woods Master Plan and Commercial Office Buildings

Lake Oswego, Oregon

This complex project included the analysis of an existing 74-acre site and the development of a master plan to comply with the requirements of the City of Lake Oswego, Clackamas County, Oregon and other overlapping jurisdictions.

Extensive coordination with consulting engineers and utilities companies was required. Ongoing services include individual site planning for prospective users and review of design proposals for compliance with CCRs and conformance with the requirements of governing agencies. In addition to the Master Plan, LRS Architects also designed six of the buildings that were each over 60,000 SF:
