Mentor Graphics Corporation World Headquarters Campus

Wilsonville, Oregon

Design of the master plan for the Mentor Graphics campus included the analysis of a 90-acre site, the development of a plan concept to comply with the client’s program, and city, county, and state requirements. The project required extensive coordination with consulting engineers and utility providers.

The final master plan includes five buildings totaling 550,000 SF of space and exterior walking paths and exercise areas within the existing forest and wetlands. LRS provided programming, space planning, and design for all facilities including: administrative and technical office space, computer facilities, warehousing, and a commons building with conference facilities, a health club, and a cafeteria. LRS also developed facilities standards for private and open office areas based on a strong building module.
