Mentor Graphics Corporation World Headquarters Campus

Wilsonville, Oregon

Design of the master plan for the Mentor Graphics campus included the analysis of a 90-acre site, as well as the development of a plan concept to comply with the client’s program, as well as city, county, and state requirements. Extensive coordination with consulting engineers and utilities was also required.

The final master plan includes five buildings totaling 550,000 SF of space. LRS provided programming, space planning, and design for all facilities including: administrative and technical office space, computer facilities, warehousing, and a commons building with conference facilities, a health club, and a cafeteria. LRS also developed facilities standards for private office and open office areas based on a strong building module. The campus includes paths and exercise areas in existing forest and wetlands areas.
