Dartmouth Office Building

Tigard, Oregon

This project consists of a three-story, Class A office building over one level of parking, along with three surface parking lots on separate blocks. The 70,000 SF building is a steel structure with brick veneer and pre-cast concrete at the base and entry points. The parking garage forms a podium for the three levels of office space above. The building site has significant slope, which allows the parking garage to be hidden from view along two of the building faces. The lobby extends through the building with an entrance on the street side and a two-story space welcoming tenants and guests on the parking side. Landscape planters and decorative grills screen the parking garage from view. The building is striving for a LEED certification as well as recognition through the Green Globes System.
