This project for Ron Tonkin properties includes a 5,000 SF World Corporate Headquarters and a 4,000 SF exotic automobile sales and leasing facility. Complement the exotic automobile theme, the building design features an exposed rigid steel frame and insulated metal panel skin with gasketed glazing. The site includes secured storage for a 20-car air-conditioned garage, sheathed in red metal panels to house the client’s private collection.
