Waterford on South Hill Interior Renovation

LRS is providing interior design services for the renovation of a main community gathering center and dining facility at this Spokane campus. Originally constructed in 1884 as a school for girls, the building was renovated in the early 1990ā??s to accommodate senior living services. The current renovation addresses the finishes, fixtures and furnishings for all public spaces, including the parlor, living room, reception desk, entry and the dining facility that services 250 guests. The design team worked closely with Touchmark to choose the lighting, colors and furnishings appropriate to an independent and assisted living senior population while keeping the historic building in mind.
