INTERIOR DESIGN AND TENANT IMPROVEMENTS

The LRS Interiors Studio has provided distinctive space planning, interior design and tenant improvement services for a broad spectrum of clients. We are committed to the creation of vibrant, functional and unique interiors, and give equal attention to both large and small projects. LRS designers have many years of experience in planning and in design, color, materials, furnishings, finishes and artwork selection. We have a critical eye for detail, and the necessary problem solving skills to work on a wide variety of interior spaces.

Our Space Planning and Interior Design Studio regularly proposes alternative designs to owners and tenants that incorporate sustainable low-emission materials with high-recycled content. Because of our extensive renovation experience, the effective use of existing building elements conserves the amount of new material required to meet the needs of the building. By designing flexibility into the space plans that use systems furniture and moveable partitions, we are also providing for future reductions in waste materials and systems. The LRS Offices in the DeSoto Building recently earned LEED Gold Certification in the Commercial Interiors category.

LRS' Interior Design team brings extensive experience in Tenant Improvement services, having completed hundreds of projects for a wide variety of commercial owners and their tenants. We understand that every time a tenant leaves and a new one moves in, there's potential for expensive downtime. Ensuring a smooth, quick transition; thoughtful testing of tenant layouts, and thorough documentation and delivery of built out spaces is our teams' focus. LRS' quick-response team excels at performing work on rapid timeframe where meeting owner and tenant constraints is key.
