Planning is one of the quiet strengths of LRS Architects. We bring more than 30 years of master planning as well as site planning and programming experience to each of our projects. Many of these have been in multiple jurisdictions and other states. Every project has its own unique set of challenges requiring code and zoning research as well as the practiced eye for the best uses of available land.
LRS' Land Planning staff provides a wide array of services to our Clients. They have land planning background and experience to address urban design opportunities for large and small sites alike. Their skills are utilized in the design of large area master plans and site plans for new development, infill and redevelopment. Our team can provide assessments of present land use regulations for given areas and make recommendations on how those regulations could be addressed to arrive at the most appropriate development. Our land planner is versed in the application of fundamental site design and urban design principles, as well as interpreting City and County code regulations, smoothing the course through the jurisdictional review process. With the above skills, our planning team develops project outcomes to reflect our Client's needs, good site design principles, while also complying with government regulations.
