He specializes in preliminary planning, master planning, project design and management, and regulatory issues for all types of senior housing and multi-family housing.
Dan’s grasp of the unique aspects of housing design puts him at the forefront of creating innovative design solutions. He clearly focuses on and understands his clients’ needs while utilizing his wide breadth of knowledge to the benefit of each project. Dan is an exceptionally organized and clear communicator - which has led him to create many innovative project communication systems. He is inspired by his preference for a team-oriented working style with nearly 30 years experience with varied involvement in over 100 senior and multi-family housing projects.

Dan is a licensed architect in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Virginia and Hawaii. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Northern Michigan University, and his industry and community involvement include:
